Job Description:
This job is responsible for facilitating a direct end-to-end relationship with one or more Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) to manage and grow both domestically and globally within an assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting all activities from sale through implementation and coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP) by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Job expectations include partnering with product specialists and service partners by making recommendations and creating customized treasury solutions that meet client needs.

The TMT Treasury Sales team helps some of the world’s most innovative companies manage liquidity, optimize payments, and scale globally. We combine trusted advisory with cutting edge treasury technology to support high growth clients across Tech, Media, and Telecom (TMT).

The Treasury Sales Associate is a critical member of this team—driving operational excellence, enabling revenue growth, and enhancing client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytically strong, and eager to build a career in global treasury sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Sales Support

•              Partner closely with TSOs to manage and grow a portfolio of complex, often global TMT client relationships.

•              Prepare client ready materials: proposals, pitch decks, pricing models, portfolio analyses, and customized cash management recommendations.

•              Support meeting preparation, delivery, and follow up; participate in select client meetings to gain direct client facing exposure.

Execution & Revenue Enablement

•              Maintain and update pipeline data, revenue tracking, deal documentation, and onboarding workflow.

•              Coordinate with Product Specialists (Liquidity, Trade, FX, Card, Investment) to design integrated treasury solutions aligned with client objectives.

•              Identify cross sell opportunities based on client trends, transaction patterns, and industry developments.

Strategic Partnership & Internal Leadership

•              Build strong partnerships across the Corporate Bank, Service, Ops, and Implementation to ensure seamless execution for clients.

•              Bring forward ideas to improve team processes, automate manual tasks, and enhance client insights.

•              Demonstrate strong risk management awareness while balancing client needs and internal controls.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of treasury management/corporate banking experience or successful completion of a training program

  • Analyzes issues and develops solutions to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and business partners

  • Demonstrates experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Strong collaborator who values diverse perspectives and celebrates team success

  • High level of ownership, enthusiasm and client-first mindset

  • Future thinking problem solver who embraces change and challenges status quo

  • Clear communicator with strong feedback skills, adaptable in fast moving environments

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills

  • Familiarity with treasury management concepts, payments, liquidity and banking products

  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and execute in a face paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to build trust with partners and clients

  • Strong business/financial acumen and sound risk judgement

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$95,000.00 - $107,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
