We are looking for Tririga Developer in San Francisco, CA for 2+ years contract position.

Client: Direct Client

Required Skills:

  • Experience (4+ years) with TRIRIGA configuration/development.
  • CAFM/IWMS Development.
  • Will consider candidates with similar configuration/development experience (5+ years) with CAFM/IWMS/ERP systems.
  • Recent experience working with Facility Management, Lease Contract Administration, or Real Estate Administration modules

Desired Skills:

· Experience working in a real estate, development and/or facility management firm or organization.

· Experience in documentation and analysis of business processes.

· Experience developing and supporting Invoice Reports including Time and Materials.

· Experience working with Lease Contracts including Payment Schedule data.

· Experience working with a hosting vendor.

· Experience tuning JBOSS and setting up multiple JBOSS instances

· Knowledge of Data Warehouses.

· Experience with system migrations.
