Are you a seasoned estate planning attorney with over 10 years of expertise? We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team, specializing in catering to the unique needs of both middle-income and high-net-worth individuals.
Qualifications:
- Ten plus (10+) years of experience practicing trusts and estates law.
- Proven proficiency in developing comprehensive estate plans for individuals across various income levels, with a focus on both middle-income and high-net-worth clients.
- Provide expert guidance on tax-efficient strategies, including the establishment of irrevocable trusts, ILITs, SLATs and GRATs.
- Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, including leading face-to-face client meetings.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of California
- Must be able to travel to the LA office several times a week.
- Salary range for this position could range from $175K-$300K
