About ShipHawk

ShipHawk is on a mission to become the operating system for modern commerce operations. Our advanced shipping software and Warehouse Management System (WMS) help retailers, wholesalers, and ecommerce companies overcome the most complex challenges in their distribution centers — without thrashing workers, the environment, or the bottom line.

If you’re excited to work at the intersection of physical operations and digital innovation, ShipHawk is the place for you.

The Role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to help shape the user experience across ShipHawk’s platform, including our shipping, billing, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) products. This role is a key contributor within the Product team and will partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate complex operational workflows into intuitive, scalable, and elegant user experiences.

ShipHawk’s products support highly configurable, workflow-heavy logistics environments. You’ll play a critical role in making powerful functionality approachable and efficient for warehouse operators, logistics managers, and finance teams alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex B2B logistics and warehouse workflows

  • Partner closely with Product Managers to translate requirements, user needs, and business goals into effective designs

  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs from concept through implementation

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate qualitative and quantitative feedback into iterations

  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with high quality

  • Contribute to and evolve ShipHawk’s design system to ensure consistency across products

  • Advocate for usability, accessibility, and UX best practices across the product development lifecycle

About You
  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and problem-solving

  • Experience designing data-dense, workflow-driven applications

  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma preferred)

  • Solid understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility standards

  • Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and collaborate cross-functionally

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving product environments with ambiguity

Bonus Points
  • Experience designing for logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or operational software

  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile development environments

  • Startup or high-growth company experience

Why ShipHawk
  • Design products that power real-world logistics and warehouse operations

  • High ownership and direct impact on a complex, mission-critical platform

  • Collaborative, pragmatic, no-ego culture

  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • Remote flexibility and strong product culture

Salary Band: $90,000 – $120,000 + Stock Options

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or protected veteran status.
