This is a remote position.

Location: LATAM

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong skills in Figma to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating intuitive and attractive user interfaces, ensuring an excellent user experience. You will work closely with our development teams, as well as with clients, to ensure that digital products meet the highest design standards and satisfy user needs.


Requirements

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct user-centered research (interviews, surveys, tests, data analysis) to understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations.

  • Analyze and document product and business requirements, aligning design solutions with technical and strategic objectives.

  • Lead client meetings for requirements analysis, decision-making based on UX principles, and provide follow-up on requests and approvals.

Experience Design and Prototyping

  • Design wireframes, user flows, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate the desired experience.

  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes (animations, components, responsive elements) that reflect the brand’s visual identity.

Visual Interface Design

  • Create consistent, functional, and attractive interfaces, ensuring visual coherence across all user touchpoints.

  • Serve as the person responsible for UI/UX work in assigned projects, including documentation of requirements, tickets, and requests.

Usability Evaluation

  • Conduct usability tests with users and collect feedback and optimize product experience.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration and Management

  • Work closely with developers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters, ensuring smooth communication for requests and consultations.

  • Lead and manage projects during the UI/UX phase, coordinating deliverables and priorities.

Professional Development and Innovation

  • Stay up to date on trends, tools, and best practices in interface and user experience design.

  • Propose innovations that add value and strengthen the product’s competitive advantage.
