This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Full-Time UI/UX Designer to elevate web and mobile experiences across product and brand. In recent years, they have emerged as an innovative SaaS company in the communication and productivity space, delivering intuitive tools and design-forward customer experiences that support rapid growth.

This designer will own end-to-end mobile app journeys for messaging and calling, shape a modular design system in Figma, and collaborate closely with engineering to ship high-quality interfaces quickly. The scope also includes visual identity work, website and landing page design, hands-on build-out in Framer, and creation of marketing assets that keep product and brand in sync.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end mobile app experience for messaging and calling across iOS and Android.

  • Turn product concepts and wireframes into clean flows, interactions, and polished UI.

  • Build, document, and maintain a scalable design system in Figma.

  • Partner with engineers to ensure design fidelity, thoughtful handoff, and fast execution.

  • Define and evolve the visual identity across product, website, and marketing touchpoints.

  • Design the website, landing pages, and conversion paths, then build and publish in Framer.

  • Produce marketing assets for social, product announcements, and investor materials.

  • Align product and brand through consistent typography, illustration, and motion.

  • Run lightweight user validation, gather feedback, and iterate for usability and clarity.

  • Organize files, components, and documentation so teams can move quickly.



Requirements
  • Proven experience designing mobile apps and digital products.

  • Strong command of Figma for interface design, prototyping, and systems.

  • Ability to build sites in Framer and manage responsive, accessible layouts.

  • Detail orientation with high standards for visual quality and interaction design.

  • Comfortable collaborating in Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and using ChatGPT to accelerate workflows.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain decisions with clarity.

  • Portfolio that demonstrates production-ready UI, thoughtful UX flows, and brand consistency.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years in UI/UX, Product Design, or similar.

  • Track record shipping mobile and web experiences for early-stage or fast-moving teams.

  • Experience translating complex communication flows into intuitive interfaces.

  • Bonus skills: motion design, Webflow familiarity, AI-assisted design workflows.

  • Strength in design systems, accessibility, and design QA with engineering.
