This role is for one of our clients

Compensation: $130-$170 per hour

We are recruiting UK-based Legal Experts for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab.

Ideal candidates have worked in roles such as:

- Associate

- Senior Associate

- Counsel

- Partner

We're especially interested in candidates from Kirkland & Ellis, Latham & Watkins, and White & Case, though strong PE or cross-border M&A experience from similar US firms with UK presence is also welcome.

You'll help create, review, and simulate realistic legal scenarios, including private equity transactions, cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, fund formation, regulatory filings, and deal structuring.

Strong candidates understand how international finance deals operate, including Partner-led teams working across PE, M&A, and debt financing workstreams. US bar qualification is a plus.

Contract and Payment Terms
  • You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
  • This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.

  • Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
