ABOUT FLIGHTSTORY

We are a media and investment company, and we are on a mission to elevate the stories, build the communities, and support the founders that inspire a happier, healthier humanity. We scale creator-led media, ventures and communities.

ROLE MISSION

Lead FlightStory’s commercial growth in the US by building and closing brand partnerships across our creator portfolio. That includes The Diary of a CEO, Hot Smart Rich and The Line, plus future signings. You’ll sell podcast, branded content, licensing and live partnerships, all through a single commercial relationship.

KEY OUTCOMES
  • Grow US revenue by finding, pitching and closing multi-channel partnerships that fit our creators’ values and audiences.

  • Build senior relationships with media agencies, brands and founders, positioning our creators as leading voices in business, wellness and culture.

  • Turn brand briefs into 360° partnership concepts with creative strategy, linking insight and storytelling to measurable impact.

  • Negotiate complex, multi-platform deals covering sponsorship, custom content, social usage, licensing and IP extensions.

  • Work with global sales, creative, partner management, production and Live Events to deliver every campaign smoothly.

  • Test new formats, attribution models and commercial frameworks.

  • Provide revenue pacing, forecasting and market insight to shape US and global strategy.

CORE COMPETENCIES
  • Commercial storytelling: turning brand briefs into culturally relevant ideas that earn attention and drive results.

  • Deal structuring: expert in pricing, media valuations, talent fees and usage rights across digital, social and talent IP.

  • Full-funnel fluency: confident in both direct response and brand marketing, and in how brands measure performance.

  • Relationship building: long-term trust with clients, agencies and high-profile talent teams.

  • Data literacy: using insights to shape creative strategy and deal structures.

YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF
  • You’re entrepreneurial and would rather build new revenue than manage existing accounts.

  • You enjoy being a high-impact individual contributor in a market that’s just opening up.

  • You’re comfortable with pace and can change strategy in real time.

  • You care about protecting creator brands and audience trust as much as closing the deal.

  • You work collaboratively across creative, production and global commercial teams.

IDEAL BACKGROUND
  • 5+ years in brand partnerships, media sales or creative solutions across podcasting, video, social or talent-led content

  • A track record of beating revenue targets and closing complex, multi-platform deals

  • Direct experience with creator-driven content, talent-led IP and high-profile talent teams

  • Established relationships with major US holding companies (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG) and/or direct clients in CPG, wellness, tech, finance, fashion or beauty

  • Nice to have: startup or high-growth experience; familiarity with YouTube, Megaphone and podcast analytics; brand lift and attribution reporting; multi-market deal structures
