Position Summary:
 
The Commercial Services team supports Marketplace quoting, product corrections, cancellations, and day-to-day Customer Success requests, ensuring customer contract and case changes are executed accurately and in alignment with pricing, policy, and contractual standards. The team partners closely with Marketplace Strategy, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, and offers exposure to multiple areas of the business. Team members work remotely or hybrid, with the Head Office located in Mississauga. 
 
The Commercial Services Rep supports the accurate execution of Marketplace quotes, product corrections, cancellations, and Shared Services case requests. This role follows established processes and tooling in Salesforce and RCA to process day-to-day quoting and customer service transactions, escalating non-standard or ambiguous scenarios to senior team members. 
 
This is a 6 month contract position. Approximate dates: September 7, 2026 -March 5, 2027
 

Key Responsibilities

    Marketplace Quoting & Order Processing
     • Create, review, and process Marketplace quotes, ensuring accuracy of pricing terms, contractual details, and effective dates
     • Process product correction and cancellation quotes according to established policy and procedures
     • Validate quote and billing details prior to execution to help prevent downstream errors
     • Escalate ambiguous or non-standard quoting scenarios to senior specialists
     
    Shared Services Case Management
     • Process and resolve day-to-day requests from Shared Services queue in a timely and accurate manner
    • Support case routing, data validation, and use of AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation in Salesforce and related systems 
     
    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Senior Specialists within the Commercial Services team to support Marketplace and Customer Success teams
    • Respond to routine questions from Customer Success on case status
    • Support coverage across Marketplace quoting and Shared Services requests as needed 
     
    Process Support & Continuous Learning
    • Follow standardized processes and documentation for Marketplace quoting and Shared Services workflows
    • Identify and flag recurring issues or discrepancies to Senior Specialists for resolution
    • Participate in training and continuous learning to build proficiency across Commercial Services functions 

Qualifications & Skills

    Minimum:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to change in a growing business
  • Preferred: 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management tools
  • Exposure to subscription billing, quoting, or contract administration 
  • Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models 
  • Interest in AI-enabled tools and process automation
