About Aspora

People on the move deserve a bank that moves with them. Since 2022, Aspora has been building a borderless financial operating system that makes money as mobile and transparent as its users.

Backed by influential venture capitalists like Sequoia Capital, Greylock Partners, Hummingbird Ventures, Y Combinator & Global Founders Capital. We're a team of 150+ across India, the UK, the UAE, EU and the US, working with extreme ownership, radical candour, and an obsession with customer impact.

We celebrate builders who question assumptions, ship fast, and turn regulatory complexity into elegant solutions. If you’re driven to redefine what global banking can be, we’d love to build the future with you.

About the Role

We are hiring a US Growth Marketing Manager to drive Aspora’s expansion in the United States. This role will focus on building distribution, partnerships, and local acquisition channels for the Indian diaspora.

You will lead growth initiatives on the ground - developing partnerships with community organizations, local networks, and digital channels that drive meaningful user adoption.

The role requires someone who understands how trust-based financial products spread within diaspora communities. Success will come from combining data-led experimentation with strong local relationships and distribution partnerships.

What You’ll Own
  • Market Development: Lead growth initiatives in the US market, identifying the most effective channels to reach and acquire diaspora users.

  • Community & Partnership Distribution: Develop relationships with diaspora communities, student groups, associations, local businesses, and ecosystem partners that can drive product adoption.

  • Local Growth Strategy: Design and execute US-specific growth initiatives tailored to regional behaviour, trust patterns, and financial needs.

  • Acquisition Channels: Build and scale acquisition channels across partnerships, referrals, community programs, and targeted digital marketing.

  • User Insights: Gather direct feedback from users and partners to inform product improvements and market strategy.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the global growth, product, and operations teams to align local initiatives with company-wide priorities.

What We Need
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in growth, partnerships, or market expansion roles

  • Experience working with consumer fintech, payments, or cross-border financial products
Strong understanding of diaspora communities and consumer behaviour in the US

  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and distribution channels from scratch

  • Experience executing growth initiatives across both community and digital channels

  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments

Who You Are
  • You understand how trust-based financial products spread through communities

  • You are comfortable building relationships and partnerships from the ground up

  • You combine structured thinking with strong execution capability

  • You are data-informed but also deeply customer-aware

  • You enjoy building markets where the playbook is still evolving

Bonus Points
  • Experience working with Indian diaspora or immigrant communities in the US

  • Experience launching fintech products in new markets

  • Strong network across community organizations or ecosystem partners

  • Experience working in high-growth startups or global fintech companies

Why Join Us
  • Help build Aspora’s presence in one of the most important global financial markets

  • Work on financial products designed for global diaspora communities
