About the Role

You'll lead our Anvl Frontline Worker Safety product onboarding for Global and Enterprise customers, through technical configuration, integration, training, and launch. You'll tailor our Anvl solution to each customer's real safety, quality, and operational processes, train their teams to use it, and hand off to our Account Management teams once they're live. You'll also use AI to work faster and deliver better results for customers.

What you'll do:

  • Learn the customer's goals, processes, and systems, then document their requirements, success criteria, and KPIs.
  • Recommend and configure Anvl workflows that fit how the customer works, sharing best practices along the way.
  • Design, configure, and test API-based integrations between Anvl and customer systems, working directly with customer IT and technical teams.
  • Plan and manage large, multi-milestone rollouts and keep them on schedule.
  • Train customer teams, from field technicians to administrators, so they're confident using Anvl at launch.
  • Implement AI-enabled capabilities for customers and guide them on using these tools well.
  • Use AI tools in your own work, such as project plans, documentation, configuration, and analysis, and check the output for quality.
  • Hand off to Account Management with clear documentation, and report project status and blockers to implementation leadership weekly.
  • Share product feedback, customer use cases, and expansion opportunities with Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Who you are: Core competencies

  • Customer partnership: Builds trust with people at every level, from field technicians to IT teams to executives, and explains Anvl in terms each of them cares about.
  • Teaching and coaching: Explains the product clearly to non-technical users and adjusts the approach until people are confident using it.
  • Ownership and accountability: Keeps projects moving, raises blockers early, and sees commitments through to completion.
  • Structured project management: Breaks a complex rollout into clear milestones and keeps many moving pieces on track at once.
  • Curiosity and learning agility: Digs into how the product works and picks up new tools quickly, including AI tools.
  • Sound judgment with AI: Uses AI to speed up work, checks its output for accuracy, and knows when human judgment should take over.

What you bring:

  • 7+ years of experience implementing large, complex Enterprise SaaS products, from kickoff through launch
  • Familiarity with EHS, quality, sustainability, or connected worker industrial SaaS, and the industries that use them (such as energy, utilities, construction, manufacturing, or field service)
  • Hands-on experience configuring SaaS workflows for business customers
  • Hands-on experience integrating systems and data flows through APIs
  • Experience training customer users on software
  • Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work and/or implementing AI-enabled features for customers

Nice to have:

  • Basic HTML and experience with diagramming and project management tools
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a startup or small-team environment
