Job Description

Omm IT Solutions (Omm Inc. – www.ommincorp.com) is looking for a talented and highly motivated US IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter or Sourcer) to Work from Home / 100% Remotely, located anywhere. Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time Mon - Fri.


Role Responsibilities:


The job requires someone who has skills and experience working as a US IT Recruiter or Sourcer/Talent Acquisition Specialist for IT requirements for the US IT consulting and staffing company. Below are some of the daily tasks and we are seeking candidates who have skills related to the tasks mentioned below and exhibited in their prior experience:

1.     Review & understand the IT requirements received from the clients

2.     Understand clients’ hiring needs/requirements.

3.    Source candidates in the ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, Social media Sites, IT forums & groups to search candidates on passive and active job forums, organizations, etc.

4.     Technically Screen the candidates to make sure they meet the clients' requirements

5.     Negotiate with the candidates to stay within the clients’ ceiling rate

6.     Diligently follow-up with candidates & keep them warm

7.     Communicate with candidates over telephone, email, texts, etc. to get their availability and interest in the job/role

8.     Conduct technical screening and behavioral interviews

9.     Follow-Up & communicate with prospective candidates, recruiters, vendors, sub-contractors, and clients

10.   Submit candidates to the clients

11.   Coordinate and schedule interviews with the clients & candidates

12.   Prepare candidates for the interviews with all the interview tips, feedback debriefs gathered from the client calls

13.   Keep the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) updated with all the notes & updates

14.   Review and verify candidate submissions according to the established business process for their completeness

15.   Follow established processes, procedures and documentation

16.   Create & send reminders to the candidates

17.   Submit daily status reports

18.   Mentor, train and lead Jr. IT recruiters and sourcers



Requirements


Mandatory Requirements:


1.     Understand US employment terms, W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.

2.     Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US

3.   Fair Understanding & skilled in researching various IT domains and technologies to understand IT requirements & formulate technical questions for screening

4.   Candidates who can work without supervision in a home office setting without any distractions & background noise (a private secluded area in-home)

5.    Must be a team player

6.    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

7.    Attitude to find answers and solutions

8.    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel & Word

9.    Excellent organizational skills

10.  Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks

11.  Understands the importance of safeguarding all critical data, information, and communication

12.  Multitasking ability with strong time management skills

13.  Must have excellent Sourcing skills

14.  The candidate must have a high-speed Internet connection (Min. 50 MBPS) and a laptop or a desktop (Min. 8 GB RAM & Win 10 OS)
