  • Plan and execute field events, trade shows, and sector-specific conferences, and support pre and post event communication
  • Track ROI and contributions to pipeline.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, learning technology, or GovTech.
  • Experience marketing to the US Public Sector/Federal/SLED audience—understanding of procurement cycles, budget processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with examples of long-form content (blogs, ebooks, guides).
  • Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, email automation, and ABM campaign execution.
  • Experience planning and delivering field marketing or event programs.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, especially Sales.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the learning technology space, LMS/LXP platforms, or compliance training.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Wordpress, SEMRush, and ABM tools
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP and other Federal compliance frameworks.
