Position Summary...The (USA) Director, Talent Acquisition leads the development and execution of innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across the enterprise. This role leads recruitment for our Walmart Global Tech's most senior engineering community, our Technical Fellows and Senior Technical Leaders. This leader will optimize recruiting processes and enhance candidate experiences focused on hiring top tech talent. Collaborating with stakeholders, the Director provides strategic guidance on talent assessment, market intelligence, and workforce planning. By leveraging advanced tools and industry best practices, this position ensures alignment with business objectives while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence in talent acquisition initiatives.
The Talent Acquisition team at Walmart leads the development and execution of advanced recruitment strategies targeting technical and engineering talent worldwide. Utilizing data-driven insights and agile methodologies, the team collaborates closely with business stakeholders to support workforce planning and talent attraction. What you'll do...
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Lead and coach Talent Ambassadors and recruitment teams, providing guidance on sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize recruiting processes and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Manage complex hiring negotiations and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful talent acquisition.
  • Drive innovation in digital recruiting through testing, experimentation, and adoption of advanced tools and methodologies.
  • Oversee large-scale projects using agile practices to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Translate business needs into talent strategies, anticipating future skill requirements and workforce planning.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
