About the Role

The Manager, Technology Operations – Business & Product Strategy will help shape and execute strategies that improve how Marketplace sellers operate, resolve issues, improve performance, and access opportunities to grow on Walmart Marketplace.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, product, technology, analytics, and operations. You understand how to connect customer needs, business priorities, data, and technology capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes.

Your work will help simplify the seller experience, improve seller performance and trust, reduce operational friction, and strengthen the overall health and growth of Walmart Marketplace.
