- Backend: Strong in Java, J2EE, Spring, JVM internals, concurrency, multithreading, service oriented architecture, and RESTful web services.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering projects with a focus on technical solution design and system architecture.
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, cloud-native architectures and design artifacts.
- Strong expertise in software development, including code review, unit testing, and design verification.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and managing engineering teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
- Proficient in root cause analysis and implementing solutions to prevent defect recurrence.
