What you'll do...Role summary:
The Senior Copywriter creates clear, compelling, on-brand content for Walmart Marketplace campaigns, digital experiences, and creative initiatives. Partnering with design, marketing, product, and business teams, this role turns complex objectives into concise, benefit-led messaging. The Senior Copywriter also shapes content strategy, maintains voice and quality standards, improves workflows, and builds trusted stakeholder relationships to deliver high-impact work efficiently.
About the team:
ECM Creative Studio helps drive Walmart Marketplace growth through high-quality creative across seller acquisition, product marketing, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling. We centralize creative strategy, standards, and delivery to increase speed, scale capacity, and protect brand consistency across seller touchpoints. The team partners across the business to create clear, engaging experiences that help sellers understand, adopt, and grow with Walmart Marketplace.
What you'll do:
  • Write clear, engaging copy for campaigns, ads, landing pages, emails, collateral, and other seller-facing experiences.
  • Translate business objectives, audience needs, and product benefits into effective messaging.
  • Partner with design, marketing, product, and business teams—and external vendors—from brief through delivery.
  • Maintain and evolve copy and creative assets in line with Walmart content, voice, and style standards.
  • Contribute to content strategy by applying audience insights, industry trends, and competitive context.
  • Manage multiple priorities, improve workflows, and uphold quality through editorial review and final QA.

What you'll bring:
  • Demonstrated experience creating clear, persuasive, benefit-led copy across digital and integrated marketing channels.
  • Strong command of content strategy, editorial judgment, brand voice, and messaging consistency.
  • Understanding of product marketing and the ability to translate complex features into clear audience benefits.
  • Experience partnering effectively with design, marketing, product, and user experience teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and commitment to improving content through feedback, insights, and industry best practices.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
