- Identify opportunities for business impact through customer and behavioral data analysis, translating findings into a prioritized analytics roadmap.
- Develop and maintain customer KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success metrics to evaluate business performance and customer outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance teams to embed analytics into product development and business decision-making.
- Drive analytical rigor across experimentation, customer measurement, and strategic business analyses.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategy and fostering a customer-centric, data-driven culture.
- BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field with 3-5+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics; OR a Master’s degree with 2-3+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 2+ years of experience.
- Advanced SQL proficiency (BigQuery, Hive, Snowflake, or equivalent) and strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, statistical modeling, and scalable analytics solutions.
- Experience developing customer, product, and business performance metrics using large-scale transactional, behavioral, or clickstream datasets.
- Strong knowledge of experimentation, causal inference, and observational analytical methodologies.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple high-impact projects in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight.
- Deep experience in cloud-based big data environments (GCP/BigQuery or Snowflake), with a focus on optimizing query performance and cost.
- Experience leading code reviews and mentoring junior team members on best practices and efficient coding standards.
- Prior experience in Retail, E-commerce, or analyzing complex omni-channel customer journeys.
