Position Summary...Walmart Marketing is expanding its use of AI-enabled products and workflow automation to help marketing teams move faster, reduce repetitive work, and improve business outcomes. This role serves as the business lead for a portfolio of AI-enabled marketing capabilities, with accountability for defining business needs, shaping the roadmap, driving adoption, and demonstrating measurable value.
You will connect marketing teams with Product, Engineering, Data, and Enablement partners, and translate complex, real-world workflows into prioritized requirements, help teams make clear trade-offs, and ensure new capabilities are useful, adopted, and continuously improved. This role combines and requires marketing expertise, product judgment, and strong execution.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Own the business strategy, roadmap, and adoption of an enterprise AI platform for marketing.
- Translate business needs into prioritized requirements, partner with product and engineering teams through delivery, and ensure solutions solve meaningful workflow challenges.
- Lead stakeholder alignment, intake, governance, testing, and business acceptance.
- Drive adoption through change management and enablement, measure impact through productivity and speed-to-market outcomes, and use feedback and performance data to continuously improve the roadmap.
What you'll bring...
- Bring experience leading cross-functional product, platform, or marketing operations work from strategy through adoption.
- You understand modern marketing workflows and can translate business needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and trade-offs.
- You are comfortable partnering with product and engineering teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving change across large organizations.
- Practical knowledge of generative AI, workflow automation, impact measurement, and process improvement is strongly preferred.
