- Utilize cutting-edge machine learning/statistical/platform building techniques to deliver solutions for projects in the domain of marketing science and personalization
- Design statistically sound experiments to properly evaluate the effectiveness;

- Mine massive data, derive business insights, and propose interesting modeling projects that have the potential to have high business impact;

What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and statistical hypothesis testing.
- Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, and MLOps for scalable model deployment.
- Experience in data source identification, data quality assessment, and data strategy implementation.
- Ability to develop, validate, and tune advanced analytical models using appropriate evaluation metrics.
