The team delivers reliable software solutions by integrating expertise in software development, DevOps, and solution design. Collaborating closely, members analyze requirements, design scalable architectures, and implement maintainable code using technologies like Spring Boot. Emphasizing quality through thorough testing and continuous integration, the team manages application maintenance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to meet business and technical objectives. What you'll do:

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Lead full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Develop AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components to enhance automation.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and innovation.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.
• Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
• Skilled in DevOps engineering practices to enhance platform capabilities and developer productivity.
• Experience applying data-driven decision making to optimize engineering processes and outcomes.
• Ability to conduct design reviews and remedial actions to uphold engineering excellence and quality standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
