What you will do

  • Own and execute lifecycle programs across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation, building and optimizing automated journeys across email, push, and in-app messaging.

  • Design and iterate on lifecycle flows using behavioral segmentation and user signals, improving targeting, timing, and personalization to drive user engagement.

  • Analyze lifecycle performance using campaign metrics, cohort trends, and experiment results, and translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • Partner with product, data, and marketing teams to support product launches, feature adoption, and user education through lifecycle communications.

  • Contribute to both B2C user lifecycle and B2B-oriented use cases (e.g., professional usage, team adoption signals) through targeted lifecycle programs.

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

  • 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or growth marketing in a digital product or technology environment.

  • Hands-on experience building and executing lifecycle campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, using platforms like Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and basic lifecycle journey design, with the ability to translate user behavior into campaign logic.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing, campaign performance metrics, and basic data analysis to optimize lifecycle performance.

  • Exposure to both B2C and B2B or product-led environments, with an interest in how lifecycle programs can support both user engagement and product adoption.
