About You
We’re seeking a UX Copy Manager to join our Digital Product team and collaborate closely with our copy team. In this role, you’ll ensure that our site and app copy is clear, user-friendly, and aligned with both UX best practices and our brand voice. You’ll also lead the SEO keyword strategy by optimizing content for search performance to improve discoverability and engagement. This role will craft copy that drive the entire customer journey – from campaign-driven entry points to key moments of conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and refine digital copy across site and app experiences to ensure clarity, usability, and consistency.
- Collaborate with Brand and Copy teams to craft copy that guides, informs, and converts while aligning with regulatory and compliance needs.
- Use strong attention to detail to manage copy documents used for site designs and QA, tracking edits and ensuring accuracy.
- Map and optimize copy across high-funnel (campaigns, landing pages, blog) and low-funnel (product, checkout) entry points to create cohesive, conversion-driven user journeys.
- Lead SEO initiatives by auditing, updating, and optimizing content across blog and top-of-funnel pages, in partnership with an external agency.
- Improve overall copy flow to reduce friction and enhance the user journey by working with testing leads to test, learn, and optimize.
- Leverage data, insights and testing to continually optimize messaging impact.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in UX writing, copywriting, or content strategy for digital products within an eCommerce company
- Experience with Figma and Google Drive is essential. JIRA a plus
- Strong understanding of UX best practices, microcopy, and content design principles
- Hands-on experience with SEO keyword strategy and optimization
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with flexibility between functional and brand-forward tones
- Collaborative approach with experience working across Product, Design, Creative, and Marketing teams
- Experience working in an agile environment a plus
