We're seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities
· Conduct user research to inform design decisions
· Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes
· Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
· Create prototypes to test and refine design concepts
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Skills Needed
· 3+ years of experience in UX design
· Strong knowledge of human-centered design principles
· Experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
· Strong understanding of user research methods and usability testing
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Portfolio that showcases your UX design work
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
· Certified UX Designer or related certification (optional)
· Proven experience in creating user-centered design solutions
· Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies
