Job Description
HiBob helps modern, mid-size businesses transform the way they manage people, giving HR and managers all they need to connect, engage, develop, and retain top talent. Since 2015, we've achieved consecutive triple-digit year-over-year growth, all backed by our amazing team of Bobbers from across the globe, making us the choice HRIS of over 4700 midsize and multinational companies.
Our HR platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, remotely, and collaboratively. Fast-growing companies across the globe such as Monzo, Happy Socks, Fiverr, and VaynerMedia rely upon Bob to help them create the best work experiences for their people.
About the Position
We're looking for an experienced UX Expert to join our Tel Aviv team for a temporary role as a maternity leave replacement. While this is a temporary position, there may be potential for a long-term opportunity in the future.
If you have a passion for solving complex problems with simple, clear, and usable solutions-and you enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment-we'd love to meet you.
At HiBob, you'll play a key role in shaping intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences across our platform. You'll work closely with product designers, product managers, and developers-leading UX research efforts, supporting feature development from ideation to delivery, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve our product's user experience. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing, UX-led company.

  • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to validate design decisions through user feedback and provide UX guidance across all stages of product development-from ideation to release.

  • Take ongoing ownership of monitoring the user experience across the product by regularly reviewing flows, analyzing user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively initiate and lead UX improvement initiatives that enhance usability and increase user satisfaction.
  • Advocate for the user by promoting user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
