Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on creating win-win partnerships? Do you love helping go-to-market partners grow revenue through collaboration, enablement, and shared success? Can you balance strategy and execution: building programs, managing partner data, and driving measurable business impact?

If that sounds like you, Rockbot is looking for a Channel Account Manager to own and expand relationships with our A/V partners. You’ll be the connective force between Sales, Product, Support, Finance, and Customer Success - ensuring every partner has the tools, insight, and alignment they need to scale with Rockbot.

This role will oversee the strategic engagement with Rockbot’s GTM partners.  This will include executing on partner programs and organizing channel data and logistics with technology systems.  You will work closely with several teams across the organization including Sales, Product, Support, Finance and Customer Success to assure our partners successfully grow their business with Rockbot.

You will:

  • Serve as a key contact in all matters related to partner concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen partner relationships to achieve long-term success and consistent business growth
  • Maintain accurate records, keeping track of account plans, contract dates, renewals, leads, and existing projects
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Rockbot products and services to enable our partners to upsell and cross-sell to their customers
  • Onboard new partners and train their teams on the best ways to position Rockbot services into their customer deals.

You have:

  • Experience with A/V Partner Account Management and business development, specifically when a partner is involved with the sales and implementation processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills to come up with solutions
  • Familiarity with Retail Media Networks and in-location advertising, including how media, content, and hardware come together to drive measurable outcomes for brand and venue partners.
  • Hands-on Partner Management / Ecosystem experience — building, enabling, and growing A/V or technology partners as a core go-to-market motion (not just as a side channel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple projects/partners at once
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, Google Suite and B2B Media solutions

Our Values:

  • Drive: We pursue our mission with relentless tenacity, passion, and optimism and inspire those around us to do the same. We love the journey and are on offense all the time. Yesterday was good enough for yesterday, but today we have to do even better.
  • Accountability: We take ownership of our promises, responsibilities, behaviors, and products, and we expect the same of others. Standing behind our mistakes, communicating honestly, and making things right creates trust and strong relationships.
  • Curiosity: We are hungry to learn and continually deepen our knowledge, skills, and understandings. We have a growth mindset and are intellectually curious. We challenge our beliefs and seek feedback and insights from others. The “Why” and “How” always matters.
  • Empathy: We embrace that no two people or businesses are the same. We strive to understand others as deeply as possible and feel their pains and passions.
  • Ingenuity: We work hard but we think smart. We bring creativity, technology, and practicality together to solve tough challenges.
  • Integrity: We say what we mean, and do what we say, simply, clearly, honestly.
