Opportunity

We're looking for a Value Engineer who combines strong analytical skills, healthcare expertise, and a passion for solving complex customer problems.

You'll work directly with some of the country's leading health systems to uncover hidden financial opportunities across complex contracts, financial data, and operational workflows. While our AI-native platform is designed to automate this work at scale, you'll bring the analytical judgment and healthcare understanding needed to investigate nuanced problems, validate findings, and turn insights into measurable financial impact.

You'll own customer outcomes from initial analysis through ongoing engagement, building trusted relationships and ensuring our partners consistently realize value. Along the way, you'll help shape our product by translating what you learn from real-world customer challenges into scalable capabilities.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on problem-solving with meaningful customer impact, helping health systems improve financial performance while shaping the next generation of AI-powered healthcare operations.

How you'll make an impactUncover meaningful financial opportunities

Analyze complex healthcare contracts, financial datasets, and operational information to identify margin improvement opportunities. Go beyond surface-level insights to investigate discrepancies, validate findings, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Turn insights into measurable outcomes

Partner with health systems to define success, quantify financial opportunities, and guide initiatives from discovery through realization. Take ownership of ensuring your work delivers tangible financial and operational value.

Become an expert in healthcare operations

Develop a deep understanding of how health systems operate, including supply chain, pharmacy, managed care, and financial decision-making. Connect analytical findings to the real-world processes and constraints that determine whether value can actually be captured.

Build trusted customer partnerships

Serve as a strategic partner to health system stakeholders, from analysts and operational leaders to finance executives. Guide adoption, proactively address challenges, and build relationships grounded in expertise, responsiveness, and consistently delivered results.

Shape our AI-native platform

Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights, analytical methodologies, and complex workflows into scalable product capabilities. Help identify opportunities to automate manual analysis, improve accuracy, and make the platform more valuable with every deployment.

Drive long-term customer growth

Identify opportunities to deepen engagement as customers realize value. Support renewals and expansion into new use cases, helping turn successful deployments into lasting partnerships and strong customer advocacy.

Who you are
  • Analytically strong: You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy digging into complex, imperfect datasets to uncover insights that others might miss. You're comfortable working hands-on with Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools.

  • Healthcare knowledgeable: You understand how health systems operate, particularly the financial and operational complexities behind supply chain, pharmacy, managed care, or related functions. You can connect contractual and financial data to how decisions are made and executed.

  • Experienced in customer-facing roles: You have 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, financial analytics, value engineering, enterprise SaaS, or similar environments where you've worked directly with customers to solve complex problems.

  • Outcome-oriented: You measure success by financial and operational impact, not just completed analyses or delivered reports. You take ownership of translating insights into results.

  • A trusted relationship builder: You communicate complex analytical findings clearly and build credibility with stakeholders ranging from technical analysts to senior executives.

  • Commercially minded: You understand how delivering measurable value strengthens customer relationships and creates opportunities for deeper partnerships.

  • Product-minded and AI-curious: You're excited by how AI can transform complex analytical workflows. You enjoy working with Product and Engineering to turn repeatable manual processes into scalable solutions.

  • A high-ownership operator: You thrive in fast-moving environments, work independently through ambiguity, and are willing to do whatever is needed to solve the customer's most important problems.
