Partner with the best

The Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager is responsible for the vertical marketing and ABM strategy and activities that address market needs in a profitable way across the Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes brands. Success will be determined by this individual’s ability to develop a winning vertical and account-based marketing strategy to grow lead and opportunity pipeline and orders.

As an Account Based Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Devise and execute a successful strategy for vertical marketing and ABM for all three PSI brands.

  • Collect and manage strategic market and customer data for PSI WAM (Winnable Addressable Market) to support and prioritize vertical and ABM campaigns across the three PSI brands according to available resources (budget + stakeholder bandwidth).

  • Work with internal teams and potential vendors to research and understand where and why the three PSI brands win accounts, as well as lose opportunities and customers.

  • Partner with the outbound sales organization, applicable vendors, and the Marketing Analytics and Insights Manager to develop KPI goals, including Average Deal Size (ADS), net new accounts, funnel velocity, CLTV (customer lifetime value) and marketing ROI to measure the performance of vertical and ABM campaigns and programs, as well as collaborate with the commercial sales organization to solidify and enrich target account list and strategy.

  • Work with internal stakeholders (including Content and Product Marketing, product managers/SMEs) and outside vendors to produce and design account playbooks in support of sales enablement, with deeper commercial insights to gain meaningful access to targeted accounts - aiding sales in formulating commercial insights, messaging and generating more focused and thoughtful conversations with target accounts and their buying committees.

  • Assess current Martech stack, available intent data and potential ABM platform technologies that enable account and prospect level personalization for efficient ABM funnel acceleration, and conversions to net new orders and revenue. Create or modify an intent model to align with the three PSI brands.

  • Develop growth strategies, in conjunction with the Commercial team, to optimize engagement within high-value industries and accounts.

  • Design vertical marketing and go-to-market ABM campaigns to promote the combined value of PSI where there is value in combining the value propositions of more than one PSI business unit.

  • Develop and deploy regionally standardized outboundoutreach process for vertical marketing and ABM campaign design and execution across the three PSI businesses and once devised, apply continuous improvement practices for optimization.

  • Partner with the PSI Digital and Demand Generation Marketing Leader to develop an all-encompassing digital and ABM marketing strategy for the Precision Sensors and Instrumentation (PSI) business.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience

  • Strong ability to influence and persuade executive leadership and various stakeholders

  • Proven experience aligning with the sales organization and building strong relationships internally and externally

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working knowledge of intent data, modelling, tools and ABM and marketing automation platforms.
