Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven and forward-thinking Financial Vertical Market Manager to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be the force-multiplier who turns best-practice knowledge from our vertical teams into repeatable playbooks, tools, and training that every Convergint Technology Center (CTC) can execute. With a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, this role enables CTCs to sell, deliver, and expand within the financial vertical, thereby driving measurable performance improvement. As a Financial Vertical Market Manager, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

  • Convergint's greatest strength is our people! Every colleague is encouraged to participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, helping us grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent to the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers.
  • Vertical Enablement Bootcamps: Partner with the local sales enablement team to deliver training and action-oriented events at the regional level
  • Liaise across the matrix: Vertical resources, Centers of Excellence, Sales Enablement, and CTC leadership—to remove friction and broadcast wins
  • Lead monthly national calls: Provide important updates, share wins, and best practices
  • Deal support: When CTC teams need credibility: strategy, partner selection, executive presentations
  • Build & maintain artifacts: QBR templates, ROI calculators, pitch decks, sales workbooks, new colleague onboarding plans, SharePoint
  • Solution bundle design: Create unique solution bundles that produce outsized value for customers and Convergint
  • Define & track KPIs: Productivity per CTC seller, utilities wallet-share, new-logo wins, and overall vertical revenue growth
  • Additional responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as necessary to support Convergint’s financial vertical and company-wide objectives

What You’ll Need

  • Deep domain expert: Credibility with core vertical and sub-vertical customers in the financial industry
  • Technically sound: Security technologies & other vertical related technologies 
  • Utilities expert: Preferably spent time in an end user role or selling to key vertical executive leaders
  • Adult learning practitioner: Track record of building training that creates measurable impact.
  • Clear communicator & storyteller: Equally strong with slides, written, presentation, and one on one conversations
  • Team player: Jumps in to help colleagues and not afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • Program mindset: Thrives on turning chaos into structured and measurable programs
  • Ability to influence, inspire, and coach internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher 

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in technology, security, end user operations; 3-5 years in sales, sales enablement, product marketing, or solutions consulting. Proven track record of scaling field programs that lifted revenue, win-rates, and solution attachment.
  • Deep subject matter expertise working with clients in the financial industry.

Compensation Range: $120,000-$150,000 base salary

Please note that this job posting includes salary information for the assigned target market range within the primary geographic region the requisition is posted. If the position is posted in multiple locations or is a remote position, the salary range may vary. Individual pay rates will, of course, vary depending on the job, department, and location, as well as the individual skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, and education of the applicant.
