The Vibe Curator will manage a community hub, curate events, connect attendees, create content, and maintain an inviting atmosphere.
What this is
We opened a space.
It’s not an office.
It’s not a store.
It’s a content engine + community hub + cultural node.
We need someone who can turn it into a place people want access to.
What you’ll doRun the room
- Curate who shows up (founders, creators, builders)
- Make it feel intentional within 10 seconds
- Connect people in real time
Build recurring formats (supper club energy)
- Small, curated nights (10–15 people max)
- “You can only come if…” events (filters change weekly)
- Off-menu experiences (unexpected, story-worthy)
- Turn regulars into a tight inner circle
Turn it into a content machine
- Every night = content
- Capture moments, conversations, energy
- Feed distribution across IG, X, TikTok,
Own the space (quietly)
- Always clean, set, ready
- Manage vendors, resets, details
- Fix things before anyone notices
- You have taste (people, music, energy)
- You’ve hosted things people actually show up to
- You understand internet culture
- You’re high ownership, low ego
- You notice everything and move fast
- The room is always full of the right people
- Events fill without promotion
- Content constantly comes out of the space
- People in SF say: “Have you been there?”
