The Senior Director, AI Transformation & Value Creation has enterprise accountability for identifying, prioritizing and accelerating AI-enabled transformation initiatives that create measurable business value. This leader bridges strategy and execution, translating AI capabilities into revenue growth, productivity gains, operational efficiencies, improved decision making, compliance improvements and enhanced customer experiences. The role partners across the enterprise to drive AI adoption, governance, value realization and sustainable organizational change.

AI Strategy & Value Creation Leadership

  • Develop and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap.

  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities aligned to strategic objectives and ROI.

  • Create and manage an enterprise portfolio of AI initiatives.

  • Advise executive leadership on AI investments, priorities and expected business outcomes.

Enterprise Transformation Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional AI and automation transformation programs.

  • Partner with business leaders to redesign processes and operating models.

  • Drive measurable value realization from AI investments.

  • Establish accountability and governance across complex stakeholder groups.

AI Governance & Operating Model Leadership

  • Develop and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks.

  • Define KPIs, value realization metrics and executive dashboards.

  • Ensure responsible, secure and compliant AI deployment.

  • Provide transparency into risks, outcomes and investment performance.

Technology, Innovation & Vendor Leadership

  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms and vendor solutions.

  • Partner with IT, Product, Data Science and PMO teams on implementation and scaling.

  • Monitor market, research and martech innovations relevant to business strategy.

  • Balance innovation, scalability, risk management and business value.

Business Partnership & Advisory Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

  • Translate complex AI concepts into business-focused recommendations.

  • Build business cases and prioritize enterprise opportunities.

  • Influence across a matrixed organization without direct authority.

Change Leadership & Workforce Transformation

  • Partner with HR and Learning & Development to build AI readiness.

  • Lead adoption and change management strategies.

  • Promote AI literacy and responsible innovation.

  • Champion an AI-enabled, data-driven culture.

Key Accountabilities

  • Business value realized from AI investments.

  • Productivity and efficiency improvements.

  • Revenue growth and customer experience enhancements.

  • AI adoption and utilization levels.

  • Strength of governance and compliance controls.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of leadership experience in transformation, strategy, technology, operations, analytics or consulting.

  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.

  • Experience with AI, GenAI, automation, advanced analytics or digital transformation.

  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and financial acumen.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The base salary range for this position in is $150K-$200K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
