🚀About the Role
This role will take a highly proactive approach to building the Banking & Financial Services business at Quantum Metric through strategic market displacement, pipeline growth and account expansion, and establishing Quantum Metric's brand authority within the BFSI space. The Industry Leader, BFSI will serve as the "inside-out" strategist responsible for transforming QM from a horizontal tool into a recognized vertical powerhouse within the world's largest financial institutions. They will be expected to know the competitive landscape, help drive messaging and associated content, support high-value cross-functional initiatives, and be actively involved in and accountable for the revenue performance of this industry.

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales, product, marketing, and solutions engineering teams to generate and implement the go-to-market strategy for the Banking & Financial Services industry
  • Actively partner with the sales organization to win key global accounts and secure Lighthouse customers among top-tier global banks
  • Develop and implement product positioning, messaging, and strategies to pursue aggressive growth goals across Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and related BFSI sub-verticals
  • Act as executive sponsor on high-priority, in-flight deals — refining narratives and overcoming late-stage procurement and security audit hurdles
  • Define and own the "Win-Against" competitive strategy to displace incumbents by demonstrating superior ROI in fraud detection, call deflection, and digital experience
  • Develop repeatable BFSI sales playbooks and enablement materials that increase sales velocity and are adopted broadly across the revenue organization
  • Work closely with Product to ensure QM's Agentic AI solutions meet the rigorous security, compliance, and regulatory standards of the financial services industry
  • Establish QM as a top-tier recognized solution in the BFSI space through analyst engagement (Gartner, Forrester), keynote participation, and industry roundtables
  • Develop thought leadership content including practitioner articles, joint publications, podcasts, and conference presentations
  • Leverage your executive network to facilitate introductions to C-Suite stakeholders including CIOs, CDOs, and heads of Risk and Digital

💡Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the Banking & Financial Services industry, ideally with a background as a digital or technology leader at a major financial institution
  • Preferred: SaaS or B2B technology experience with a focus on creating, analyzing, and optimizing digital experiences for consumers
  • Deep familiarity with navigating bank procurement processes, security audits, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to translate complex digital signals into tangible Risk, Fraud, and Revenue outcomes that resonate with financial services executives
  • A strong knowledge of enterprise sales processes and demonstrated ability to influence deals without direct ownership
  • A clear point of view on how to win in the BFSI space, including an understanding of the roles and decision-making dynamics around digital experience investment
  • Demonstrated ability to persuasively communicate complex concepts at the highest levels of an organization
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams — Product, Marketing, and Sales — without direct reporting lines
  • Travel: Up to 25%
