Vice President of Business Development

Help Shape the Next Chapter of Growth at Allergy Partners

Allergy Partners is a national leader in allergy and asthma care, bringing together physicians, clinical teams, and support professionals who share a commitment to improving patients’ lives. Through the strength of our growing network and the relationships established within our local practices, we provide compassionate, personalized care while supporting the physicians and employees who make that care possible.

Position Overview

The Vice President of Business Development will help shape the next chapter of growth at Allergy Partners by leading strategic initiatives across acquisitions, physician practice partnerships, de novo expansion, and other emerging opportunities.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this leader will develop a strong pipeline of potential partnerships, evaluate new markets and acquisition opportunities, and oversee transactions from initial outreach through integration. The Vice President will collaborate closely with physicians, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners to pursue growth opportunities that align with Allergy Partners’ strategic and financial objectives while preserving our physician-centric culture and commitment to exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of physician practice acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and evaluate new markets and potential partners based on strategic, financial, operational, and cultural alignment.
  • Build trusted relationships with physicians, healthcare leaders, investors, and industry partners.
  • Lead transactions from initial outreach and evaluation through negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, HR, IT, and other teams to support successful transactions and integrations.
Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, physician practice management, investment banking, healthcare consulting, or a related area.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading or managing complex healthcare transactions and strategic growth initiatives.
  • A master’s degree and experience with multisite healthcare services, specialty physician groups, private equity-backed healthcare organizations, or outpatient physician practice acquisitions are preferred.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing physician practice acquisitions or similar healthcare transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of physician practice operations, healthcare reimbursement, financial analysis, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • A proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence senior-level stakeholders, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel, based on business needs.

Why Join Allergy Partners?

This is an opportunity to help shape meaningful, sustainable growth, not simply complete transactions. You will work alongside physicians and organizational leaders to develop partnerships that expand access to care, strengthen local practices, and create long-term value for patients, employees, and the communities we serve.  At Allergy Partners, your work will directly support our ability to bring high-quality allergy and asthma care to more patients across the country.

Benefits

At Allergy Partners, we recognize that our employees are essential to our success. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, financial well-being, and work-life balance of eligible employees.
