Job Summary

The National Vice President, Investment Sales Advisory provides strategic and operational support to the Investment Sales Advisory (ISA) platform, enhancing business planning, deal workflow, data integrity, and cross-sector collaboration. Acts as a central resource for ISA leadership, supporting connectivity between business lines, research, and technology teams to drive platform effectiveness and national initiatives.

Work location: Any US-based JLL Capital Markets office

Main Responsibilities

Operational Infrastructure

  • Serve as the operational backbone of the ISA platform.
  • Liaison between ISA producers and support functions (Operations, JLLT, Research, Horizon).
  • Direct support teams (Horizon, Capforce, JLLT) to optimize ISA tools.
  • Enforce data input protocols to improve reporting and deal tracking.

Research Integration & Thought Leadership

  • Integrate research and intel to inform ISA leadership and enhance client deliverables.
  • Develop bi-weekly talking points and quarterly pipeline updates.
  • Coordinate AI-assisted research processes across sectors.
  • Disseminate actionable insights from council calls.

Business Planning

  • Oversee strategic planning and performance tracking across ISA teams.
  • Maintain and update ISA business plans semiannually.
  • Organize calls with Product/Office Heads to align on priorities.
  • Track targets and roll up progress for strategic planning.

Meeting & Call Coordination

  • Lead logistics and content development for ISA and cross-sector meetings.
  • Prepare monthly ISA call agendas and orchestrate speaker coordination.
  • Support follow-up and action tracking from PS/BL meetings.

Sector and Council Support

  • Support PSL collaboration and council initiatives.
  • Attend product council calls and disseminate intel.
  • Assist in implementing best practices and dashboard oversight.
  • Support Alts PSL Council initiatives and special projects.
Experience Required
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Capital Markets roles such as Analyst, Associate, or equivalent positions
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and data platforms.
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.

Compensation: Range listed below is for base salary and position is eligible for additional discretionary bonus. 

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

130,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
