Job Description

Miratech is seeking a driven and strategically accomplished Vice President of Global Strategic Accounts to lead our sales initiatives within this key area. The purpose of the role is to drive sales growth, build executive-level client relationships, and lead high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services sales, a deep understanding of enterprise client needs, and the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. With exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills, this individual will be pivotal in expanding our presence within global strategic accounts and delivering impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive a result-oriented sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the targeted accounts.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with C – Level executives to foster a long term partnerships and business growth. 
  • Achieve growth targets, by expanding footprint within the existing Strategic Accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower  a team of high – performing sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to the executive team, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with Marketing, Delivery, and Sourcing teams to enhance customer experience and ensure seamless execution of client engagements.
  • Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within IT services.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare, and financial services industries, including key players and market trends.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets, managing large accounts, and closing complex deals.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, driving strategic sales plans, and fostering business growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to influence stakeholders and close high-value deals.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to drive informed decision-making.
