What's the role 

We are looking for a Vice President of Growth to join our Americas Growth team, based on-site in New York City. This is a senior new business leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through new logo acquisition, strategic partnerships, and pitch excellence.

You will own the full new business lifecycle: from building and activating a prospect pipeline, to leading cross-functional pitch teams, to closing deals that expand our client portfolio. You will report to Brainlabs President, Group Chief Growth Officer, US and work closely with senior leadership across Client Leadership, Strategy, and Practice teams.

What you do 

New Business Development
  • Drive new logo acquisition from a defined account short list, building and executing outreach plans to convert target prospects into active opportunities
  • Lead pitch teams from brief through to close
  • Monthly communications to intermediaries to maintain engagement and keep Brainlabs top of mind for upcoming reviews
  • Forge strategic partnerships with complementary platforms, agencies, or brands to expand reach and unlock new revenue streams
Pitch Leadership
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional pitch teams, ensuring every presentation is sharp, strategic, and client-centric
  • Collaborate with leadership to build out a strong USP for Brainlabs' positioning
  • Work with the marketing team and product leads to develop specific, differentiated value propositions per service line
Team Development & Culture
  • Contribute to growth team alignment, motivation, and continuously raise the bar on quality and output
  • Develop and mentor team members to achieve their professional development goals and ensure the organization has the skills to scale effectively
  • Partner with Marketing to build newsletters, ads, and content targeting new prospects
Market Presence
  • Attend industry conferences representing Brainlabs and identifying speaking opportunities
  • Build and maintain a visible presence in the digital marketing and advertising community in the US

Who you are 

Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in new business, growth, or business development within a digital media agency or performance marketing environment
  • Demonstrated track record of winning competitive pitches and closing six- and seven-figure deals
  • Deep familiarity with the digital media landscape across performance marketing disciplines
  • Experience building and managing relationships with intermediaries, consultants, and procurement teams
  • Prior experience managing and mentoring a growth or business development team
  • Familiarity with HubSpot
  • Hands-on orientation with AI: uses AI to improve personal workflow and can speak to modern AI-enabled work patterns
