Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a Product Manager to support the execution and continued evolution of UBOR (Arcesium’s Investment & Portfolio Accounting product), one of the most business-critical components of our SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of product delivery, client engagement, and commercial alignment. You will work closely with Engineering, Client & Partner Development, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the UBOR product roadmap is effectively executed and clearly communicated. You will also contribute to enhancing product capabilities through hands-on prototyping and practical application of AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the UBOR product roadmap, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, client needs, and delivery timelines.
  • Translate product vision into detailed requirements and specifications, working with stakeholders to gather inputs and communicate direction.
  • Balance customer requests with longer-term product objectives.
  • Partner with Engineering, QA, and Subject Matter Experts to translate specifications into effective design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure product capabilities are clearly positioned and communicated.
  • Represent UBOR in client meetings as appropriate to present roadmap updates, collect feedback, and ensure alignment.
  • Contribute to business case development for product enhancements and R&D investments.
  • Rapidly prototype workflows, user experiences, reporting logic, or automation concepts using AI-assisted coding and modern development tools.
  • Validate product ideas through lightweight prototypes or proof-of-concepts before committing full engineering resources.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably within SaaS platforms serving asset managers or related financial services sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience building or supporting financial technology products.
  • Foundational domain knowledge in hedge funds, private credit, private equity, institutional asset management, or related sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with investment accounting (IBOR or ABOR preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience across the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, planning, delivery support, and post-release feedback.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to build functional prototypes or proof-of-concepts.
  • Comfort with lightweight scripting, SQL, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools to independently prototype workflows and validate ideas.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $240,000.00-$290,000.00. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.

The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.  #LI-JS1 #LI-Rem
