You bring a proven track record in B2B SaaS revenue marketing, deep analytical instincts, and the leadership presence to drive results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Build out the overall program strategy to drive business growth from ideation to goal attainment.
  • Grow the demand generation engine by closely monitoring campaign performance, advising the team to make adjustments, and communicating progress to marketing, leadership, and sales.
  • Analyze and track team outcomes by generating campaign and program-level reporting on progress toward lead, pipeline, and bookings goals.
  • Use AI-powered tools to model revenue scenarios, optimize spend allocation, and generate insights that accelerate time to action.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Attract, develop, and retain top-notch talent for the revenue marketing team; be an active member of the marketing leadership team.
  • Lead the Sales Development team by supporting leaders to recruit, hire, and develop highly talented SDRs and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Build an AI-first team culture where every marketer uses intelligent tools to improve output quality and campaign velocity.

GTM Programs & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Support the creation of revenue generation sales materials by partnering with product marketing to leverage evolving positioning and messaging.
  • Strengthen the channel value proposition, positioning Billtrust as the best partner for strategic ecosystem alliances in partnership with channel and strategic alliances teams.
  • Develop and implement ABM strategies to identify and engage key accounts, collaborating with sales to drive personalized campaigns and accelerate deal velocity.

What You’ll Bring

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success owning pipeline targets and delivering measurable revenue impact through marketing programs.
  • Data-driven leadership style — uses KPIs and analysis to identify next best actions and communicate results to the C-suite.
  • Experience setting AI strategy for a revenue marketing organization and championing AI-first culture at scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in fintech or accounts receivable space a significant plus.
  • Deep knowledge of the latest revenue marketing practices including ABM, digital demand generation, and sales enablement.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to work directly with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and third-party partners.
The expected base salary range for this position is $228,000 - $302,000 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for additional incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses. Further details will be provided by our Talent Acquisition team during the interview process.
