Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written). This is a remote, project-based role ideal for a skilled editor who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in delivering polished, on-brand content.


Job Overview

As a Video Editor at Fusion, you’ll be responsible for transforming raw footage into dynamic, engaging videos that reflect our brand standards and support our clients’ marketing strategies. This role requires strong storytelling skills, technical editing expertise, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit a high volume of video projects, from rough cuts to final exports
  • Maintain brand consistency in style, pacing, and delivery
  • Follow creative direction and incorporate feedback quickly
  • Communicate proactively with producers, QC, and project managers
  • Organize and archive media and project files according to protocol
  • Ensure final outputs are error-free and meet platform specifications
  • Identify and communicate any missing assets, quality issues, or blockers


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional video editing experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop a plus)
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and branding
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, professional edits
  • Ability to take and apply feedback constructively
  • Organized file management and version control
  • Familiarity with video specs for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, etc.
