Own end-to-end video production for robotics: shoot demos, interviews, events and behind-the-scenes; edit footage into short-form social, product, research, and recruiting content with high visual quality, pacing, sound, color, and storytelling.
The summary above was generated by AI

Dyna Robotics is building intelligent robots that can perform useful work in the physical world.

Our team works across AI, robotics, hardware, and real-world deployment to build general-purpose robotic systems that can learn, adapt, and operate reliably across a wide range of tasks.

We are looking for a Video Producer & Editor to help show that work to the world.

The Role

As a Video Producer & Editor, you will own video from capture through final edit.

You will film robotics demos, team moments, interviews, events, and behind-the-scenes footage, then turn that material into compelling content for social media, product launches, recruiting, research, and brand.

You will work closely with our research, engineering, and marketing teams to identify the strongest stories and bring them to life with a high bar for visual quality, pacing, and storytelling.

This is a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit.

What You’ll Do
  • Shoot & Produce: Film robotics demos, interviews, events, engineering work, and behind-the-scenes moments across Dyna.

  • Own Post-Production: Edit projects from raw footage through final delivery, including pacing, sound, color, graphics, captions, and exports.

  • Create Across Formats: Produce short-form social content alongside product demos, research videos, recruiting content, and longer-form pieces.

  • Tell Technical Stories: Turn complex robotics and engineering work into content that is clear, credible, and visually compelling.

  • Move Quickly: Capture and publish around launches, breakthroughs, events, and company milestones.

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: 3+ years in video production, videography, editing, or a similar role.

  • Portfolio: A strong reel demonstrating excellent filming, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

  • Production Skills: Strong understanding of cameras, lighting, composition, audio, and production workflows.

  • Editing Skills: Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

  • Creative Judgment: Strong instincts for storytelling, music, sound design, color, typography, and visual rhythm.

  • Speed & Ownership: Organized, resourceful, and comfortable owning multiple projects from idea through delivery.

Bonus Points For
  • Motion Design: Experience with After Effects, Blender, or other motion and 3D tools.

  • Hard-Tech Experience: Background creating content for robotics, AI, hardware, automotive, or other technical companies.

  • Platform Native: Strong understanding of what works across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

  • Photography: Experience shooting still photography alongside video.

At Dyna Robotics, we build technology for the real world, which requires a team as diverse as the environments our robots inhabit. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to technical rigor and mutual respect.

Don’t let a checklist stop you. Data shows that underrepresented groups often only apply if they meet 100% of the criteria. We value problem-solving and grit over keyword matching. If you’re passionate about the intersection of geometry and robotics, we want to hear from you—even if you don't check every box.
