Snowball is looking for a Video Producer to create and execute YouTube formats for The Hustle, HubSpot’s fast-growing business media brand.

The OpportunityThe Hustle’s editorial voice is already beloved, and their YouTube channel is scaling quickly.
As Video Producer, you’ll develop YouTube-first formats that make business, tech, and culture stories entertaining and accessible, with the same personality and punch that The Hustle is known for. From concept to publish, you’ll own the full production process, ensuring each video reflects The Hustle’s tone: sharp, fun, insightful, and visually engaging.
You’ll collaborate closely with Snowball’s YouTube growth experts (27M+ subs, 110B+ views) to experiment with formats, and help build one of the most entertaining business channels online.
What You’ll DoRegularly research and pitch compelling and suitable story ideas for YouTube formats that fit the Hustle’s coverage area and appeal to a broad YT audience
Drive conceptualization of video packaging (title & thumbnail) that attracts and engages a broad YouTube audience
Coordinate pre-production, interviews, and field shoots as needed per story
Prepare and present a clear vision for a story in pitch meetings, brainstorms, and storyboard/visual planning calls
Manage multiple projects in production simultaneously
5+ years as a video producer, filmmaker, or content creator with a background in business, tech, culture, or news-driven storytelling. A strong storytelling portfolio is required.
Experience producing YouTube-optimized editorial or documentary-style content.
Ability to make complex or technical topics entertaining, clear, and compelling for broad audiences.
Highly proactive and comfortable running an end-to-end production pipeline independently.
Strong collaborator with experience working with global teams across brand, creative, and marketing.
Deep knowledge of YouTube trends, best practices, and audience engagement strategies.
