VIP Manager - Magic Eden (iGaming Division)

Magic Eden is expanding into iGaming and we’re building a best-in-class VIP program from the ground up.

We’re looking for a VIP Manager who can both acquire and grow high-value players. This role combines player sourcing, relationship management, and data-driven retention.

You’ll own the full VIP lifecycle from identifying and onboarding new high-value players to maximizing their long-term value through world-class experiences.

What You’ll Do

VIP Acquisition & Growth

  • Source and acquire new high-value players through outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, and events

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of VIP prospects across key markets

  • Develop tailored acquisition strategies for different player segments (e.g. whales, rising VIPs, crypto-native users)

  • Represent Magic Eden at industry events, tournaments, and private gatherings to build a strong VIP network

VIP Relationship Management

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value players, driving retention, engagement, and net gaming revenue

  • Deliver highly personalized, high-touch experiences from tailored incentives to real-world hospitality

  • Build long-term trust-based relationships with top players and act as their primary point of contact

Lifecycle & Retention

  • Identify and convert emerging VIPs using segmentation, behavioral data, and targeted campaigns

  • Proactively manage churn risk by monitoring player activity, spend patterns, and sentiment

  • Reactivate dormant VIPs through personalized outreach and incentives

  • Continuously refine acquisition and retention strategies based on data and player feedback

VIP Experience

  • Partner with marketing and product to design VIP campaigns, loyalty programs, and exclusive experiences

  • Act as the voice of VIP players internally, influencing product, support, and risk decisions

  • Execute and host VIP events, tournaments, and experiences (digital and in-person)

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in VIP management, player development, or business development within iGaming / sportsbook / casino

  • Proven ability to acquire and grow high-value players (not just manage them)

  • Strong network or experience sourcing VIP players via outbound, affiliates, or events

  • Deep understanding of VIP player psychology, incentives, and lifecycle management

  • Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue (NGR / LTV)

  • Strong relationship-building skills with high-value, demanding clients

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership

What You Get
  • Competitive compensation + equity

  • Flexible PTO

  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Wellness and remote work stipend

  • Remote-first team
