Position Overview

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for researching potential leads, managing email campaigns, and supporting administrative tasks related to sales outreach. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in email marketing tools, and capable of manual lead generation research

Must-Have and Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Apollo, Mailchimp, and email marketing is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Familiarity with manual lead generation and outreach tools is essential. This skill set is non-negotiable for the position.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct manual research to identify potential fundraising partners, including PTAs, dance studios, and other extracurricular organizations.
  • Manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp and Apollo (or similar software) to generate leads.
  • Handle email correspondence, responding to inquiries and following up with potential clients.
  • Organize and maintain lead databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the business owner to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation efficiency.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks related to sales operations.


Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in lead generation, email marketing, or sales support.
  • Proficiency in email automation tools such as Mailchimp, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential leads manually.
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
