This is a remote position.

We are a dynamic staffing and recruiting company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant/Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our HR and recruitment processes while managing a variety of administrative tasks. If you are highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsabilities:

  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding, employee records management, and handling inquiries.
  • Source potential candidates by utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify talent that meets job requirements.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, providing them with relevant information about the role and the company.
  • Track and follow up on applications, ensuring candidates are updated throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job listings, and communicating with candidates.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as, email management, and document organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Provide general support to the HR and administrative teams as needed.


  • Requirements
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR tasks is a plus.

  • Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with tools like applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is an advantage.
