At Viral Nation, we specialize in building social-first ecosystems for brands to connect with the modern consumer journey. Our integrated solutions align strategy, talent, media, and technology with culturally relevant creativity to scale the world’s fastest-growing digital brands. Viral Nation offers a fluid, creative, and growth-oriented environment that will support your ambitions to apply your talents in an open, collaborative, and fast-paced culture. Our ability to stay at the forefront of the industry has fuelled our success and will guide us in paving the path forward. We’re driven to push boundaries and think beyond today to deliver strategies, and we’re just getting started.

While we continuously exceed our goals, we need your help – our success is only as great as our people. Strong performance leads to high expectations, and we must keep raising the bar!

The VP, Demand Generation is a revenue-focused enterprise demand generation role. We are looking for a leader who can build qualified pipeline at scale, drive SQL growth quarter over quarter, and make our marketing engine more AI-native, measurable, and performance-driven. This is not a broad corporate brand stewardship role. It is a senior growth leadership role focused on building a stronger enterprise demand engine for Viral Nation.

The right person will know how to create qualified pipeline from the right ICP accounts, market credibly to Fortune 2000 buyers and the CMO office, using AI in a practical way to improve speed, signal quality, experimentation, personalization, and conversion performance across the marketing system.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead Viral Nation’s enterprise demand generation strategy across paid, content, SEO, GEO, lifecycle, website conversion, retargeting, events, and executive-led demand programs.
  • Drive measurable quarter-over-quarter growth in SQLs and qualified pipeline from priority enterprise accounts.
  • Define and continuously refine ICP strategy, account segmentation, audience targeting, and funnel design in partnership with sales and RevOps.
  • Build a rigorous operating cadence around dashboards, performance reviews, testing, attribution, and channel optimization.
  • Design AI-enabled marketing workflows that materially improve throughput, targeting quality, personalization, experimentation speed, and team leverage.
  • Partner with leadership on positioning, category narrative, thought leadership, and messaging that wins the attention of senior marketing buyers.
  • Lead and develop the team responsible for enterprise demand generation while ensuring brand and content efforts support pipeline creation, not just awareness.
  • Deliver sharper ICP focus, cleaner funnel math, and a stronger sales-marketing rhythm within the first 6 months, building toward repeatable quarter-over-quarter SQL and pipeline growth by 12 months.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading enterprise demand generation or revenue marketing with direct accountability for SQL and pipeline outcomes.
  • A clear track record of driving quarter-over-quarter demand growth in a complex B2B environment.
  • Deep experience marketing to enterprise buyers, especially the CMO office and adjacent marketing leadership inside large organizations.
  • Advanced fluency in performance channels including paid search, paid social, retargeting, SEO, GEO, content marketing, lifecycle, and conversion optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI in a meaningful, operating-level way across campaign development, targeting, content systems, optimization, and scale.
  • Strong analytical rigor, commercial judgment, and comfort working closely with sales, RevOps, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • A builder mindset and a willingness to be accountable for revenue impact, not just marketing output.
  • Experience building or materially reshaping an enterprise demand engine rather than inheriting one, with the ability to speak concretely about how AI changed your team’s speed, quality, economics, or conversion performance.
  • The judgment to know the difference between more leads and better pipeline, managing to the latter while operating comfortably with both strategic altitude and deep funnel detail.

Compensation Philosophy:

At Viral Nation, compensation is structured, performance-led, and market-aligned. Pay decisions are intentional, based on role requirements, performance, and market alignment by country, and are set to maintain internal pay equity across comparable roles and levels.

Compensation progression is tied to demonstrated performance, expanded scope, and sustained contribution over time, not tenure alone. Employee compensation is reviewed regularly through formal performance reviews and check-ins to ensure alignment with role expectations and impact.

AI in Recruitment:

Viral Nation does not use AI-enabled tools to screen, assess, rank, or select candidates – our hiring teams make all hiring decisions. AI note-taking tools may be used during interviews.

DEI Commitment:

Viral Nation is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in our agency. Viral Nation welcomes applications from people with visible and non-visible disabilities. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the recruiting and selection process.
