Despite our distributed team, we share a passion for decentralized finance - a fairer system for all. We code, learn, create, and connect to shape finance's future.

P2P.org boasts a strong reputation and network. We prioritize customer satisfaction and, as tech enthusiasts, develop innovative solutions that bolster our brand.

The Role:

We’re hiring a senior individual contributor to own a personal enterprise pipeline focused on U.S. crypto-native companies, with primary coverage in New York and strong reach in San Francisco and Los Angeles. You bring deep crypto expertise and an active network across the American crypto community (founders, protocol teams, BD leads, funds, exchanges). You will run full-cycle sales—from prospecting and qualification to close and expansion—targeting high-impact crypto-native logos. TradFi expertise or network is not required for this role.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and continually expand a personal enterprise pipeline across crypto-native segments (new logos and expansion).

  • Run 6+ month full-cycle deals: discovery, value narrative, financial justification, legal/compliance, close, post-sale expansion.

  • Focus on exchanges, L1/L2 ecosystems, blockchain foundations, validators/staking providers, crypto wallets/MPC, liquidity providers/market makers, DeFi and crypto-infra projects.

  • Leverage your U.S. crypto network to originate meetings, unlock executive access, and accelerate multi-threading to decision makers.

  • Drive BD partnerships and co-selling motions with ecosystems, custodians, and tooling partners to open new channels.

  • Own account metrics (ERR/ARR, TVL) and increase both client count and wallet share.

  • Maintain forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.

  • Partner with product and marketing on feedback loops, reference stories, co-marketing launches.

  • Represent the company at key U.S. crypto events and meetups (NYC/SF/LA) to feed the top of the funnel.

Who you are:

  • Senior IC (Level 14–15) who independently sources, runs, and closes complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

  • Deep crypto domain knowledge (staking/validation, node/infra, custody models, tokenomics, MEV, security and compliance basics).

  • Strong, relevant U.S. crypto network (founders, protocol/core teams, BD leaders, funds, exchanges) and a track record of turning access into revenue.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful sales or BD in crypto infrastructure/enterprise, fintech/crypto SaaS, or adjacent B2B.

  • Proven track record with 6+ month deal cycles and closed deals with TVL $10M+ (or equivalent assets/volumes).

  • Evidence of entering and scaling crypto-native accounts (exchanges, L1/L2s, foundations, wallets/MPC, validators, market makers, DeFi).

  • Comfort engaging C-level, Legal/Compliance, security, and technical stakeholders; fluency in relevant regulatory and assurance topics (KYC/AML, custody frameworks).

  • Strong business-case selling (ROI/TCO, economic buyer alignment, deal control, champion/coach management).

  • Partner/channel BD experience (ecosystem programs, co-selling, reference architectures).

  • Process discipline in HubSpot (stages, hygiene, forecasting).

  • U.S. work authorization. Fluent English.

  • TradFi expertise or network is not required.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with staking/validator ops, node infrastructure, or institutional custody workflows.

  • On-chain reputation or prior DAO/governance contributions.

  • Existing relationships with U.S.-based crypto funds, market makers, and ecosystem teams.

  • Public case studies, talks, or content (subject to NDAs).

6–12 month expectations:

  • A qualified personal pipeline across priority crypto-native segments.

  • Closed strategic deals meeting TVL targets and driving ERR growth.

  • New logos in target verticals and meaningful expansion of existing accounts.

  • Predictable forecast and strong pipeline hygiene; co-marketing launches and referenceable wins.

Work setup:

Location: U.S. — New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles preferred (hybrid). U.S. travel as needed.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base and high commission (uncapped OTE).

  • Equity (options/RSUs) considered.

At P2P.org we have a team of experts with their own unique approach and ownership culture. Together we gain experience and make dreams come true!

  • Fully remote

  • Full-time contractor (Indefinite-term Consultancy Agreement)

  • Competitive salary level in $ (we can also pay in crypto)

  • Paid vacation and sick leave

  • Well-being program

  • Mental Health care program

  • Compensation for education, including foreign language & professional growth courses

  • Equipment & co-working reimbursement program

  • Overseas conferences, community immersion
