About the Role

We are adding senior VPs of Enterprise Sales to our commercial team to land transformation deals at the largest health systems in the country.

As a leader on the go-to-market team, you will own a named-account territory, driving CEO and broader c-suite engagement at the top of the deal through vision selling, with rigorous scoping, ROI modeling, governance, security review, and procurement underneath. You will report to our Chief Growth Officer, and work with executive leadership and the CEO on the most strategic deals.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience selling software solutions to healthcare providers, excels in navigating the intricacies of these organizations, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
  • Manage your accounts as a business. Sequence accounts by readiness, manage capacity across tiers, and run the full sales cycle to closure.

  • Open and operate at the C-suite. Drive the transformation case with CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs, driving consensus of Hippocratic AI as the optimal solution.

  • Architect each deal end-to-end. Discovery, vision pitch, scope, ROI, governance, security, procurement, contract.

  • Multi-thread with multiple executive champions who clear the path, and accelerate the deal.

  • Partner with clinical, product, and customer success teams to to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and the evolving needs of healthcare organizations to position Hippocratic AI effectively.

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • 15+ years selling enterprise software, services, or transformation engagements to health systems, with at least one role at a sub-500-person company.

  • Experience personally closing $1M+ enterprise deals at health systems and consistent top tier performance.

  • Proven ability to build an ROI model that withstands a CFO review and a clinical narrative that withstands a CMO review

  • Healthcare fluency. You can hold your own in a room with a CFO on margin pressure, with a CMO on clinical workflow, with a CIO on integration risk.

  • Track record of selling into novel categories where the buyer did not have an existing budget line — digital health category creation, novel-mechanism pharma launches, transformation consulting, or equivalent.

  • Trusted relationships with health system CIOs, CMOs, COOs, CDOs

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

  • Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Experience selling AI-powered solutions or other cutting-edge healthcare technology.
