We are a high-growth SaaS software company operating in a large and rapidly evolving security market. Having achieved meaningful scale and profitability, we are entering the next phase of growth and investing in building a best-in-class finance organization. We are seeking a VP Finance to partner closely with the CFO and executive team to drive financial strategy, operational excellence, and scalable growth.

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop a robust FP&A model and planning processes, including key financial metrics and forecasting of revenues, expenses, cash flow, and headcount.
  • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario modeling.
  • Help build a scalable finance infrastructure, systems, controls, and reporting for a global, multi-entity SaaS business.
  • Oversee the accounting close process while partnering with the Controller to optimize close timelines, staffing, controls, and reporting quality.
  • Develop and maintain a robust global tax compliance process.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide insights on pricing, GTM investments, product strategy, and operational decisions.
  • Support Board reporting, investor communications, financing initiatives, and strategic transactions.
  • Establish KPI dashboards covering key metrics.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class finance organization.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior finance leadership.
  • Experience helping build and scale a high-growth SaaS company beyond $100M Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), including establishing the finance infrastructure, processes, systems, and reporting required to support that level of scale.
  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or infrastructure software companies.
  • Deep expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, SaaS metrics, and strategic planning.
  • Strong accounting foundation, including knowledge of ASC 606 and subscription revenue models.
  • Experience implementing ERP and FP&A platforms.
  • Experience with global finance operations, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership, Boards, and investors.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $220,000–$270,000 USD annually for San Francisco, CA applicants
  • Eligible for annual performance bonus
  • Eligible for equity
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other company-sponsored benefits
  • Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, location, and internal equity
