About the Role 

The VP of Global Sales (Unmanned Systems) is the senior executive responsible for building and scaling Doodle Labs’ global revenue engine. This is a hands-on, player‑coach role that owns OEM design‑ins, platform wins, and the transition from prototype to production across the world’s most important unmanned systems programs. You will work directly with the Co‑CEO to drive strategy, manage execution, and close the company’s most strategic deals. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own and deliver global revenue across OEM, defense, and autonomy customers. 
  • Personally lead the most important and complex OEM opportunities. 
  • Build, scale, and manage a world‑class global sales organization. 
  • Create disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and deal governance. 
  • Drive platform design‑ins that convert into long‑term, high‑volume production programs. 
  • Partner closely with engineering and product leadership to align roadmaps to customer demand.

    • Sustained revenue growth driven by OEM platform wins. 
    • Doodle Labs embedded as the standard datalink in all leading unmanned systems. 
    • Accurate forecasting and predictable revenue delivery. 
    • Build and lead a high‑performance sales team that can scale globally. 
    • Strong executive‑level relationships across key customers. 

      Who You Are 

      • 10+ years of B2B hardware sales experience with deep OEM exposure. 
      • Proven background in drones, robotics, autonomy, or defense‑adjacent markets. 
      • Track record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder design‑in deals. 
      • Strong executive presence with the ability to sell to CEOs, CTOs, and engineers. 
      • Highly disciplined, data‑driven, and hands‑on in deals.
