As the VP, Group Account Director, you have a diverse set of skills that guide business agility–including strong customer relationship & satisfaction, revenue retention & management, and revenue expansion capabilities. You take great care to cultivate enduring customer relationships, ensuring we are exceeding expectations by providing top of market client services daily.

You are responsible for a portfolio of Digital Experience (DX) customers and will be a member of the CRG Account Management leadership team. You will report to the SVP, Head of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor with senior customers and industry stakeholders. Deepen the relationship to ensure retention and growth

  • Immerse self and team in customers' business: understanding their challenges, goals, external economic environment, markets they operate in, competitive threats and relevant partner agencies; knows their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like; knows customer's products inside out and applies this knowledge to deliver innovative, ambitious customer plans and service

  • Lead periodic strategic planning efforts, advisory/strategy consulting engagements, teaming with Client Partners, capability leaders, alliances and sales leadership

  • Works closely with the Client Partner, Growth, Capability, and other teams to develop proposal/ presentation content and strategy for expansion of work/new work

  • Partner with capability leaders to ensure delivery of the right solutions for customers, in line with revenue and resource needs

  • Understand customer commercial framework and works with capability leadership to ensure business is run profitably; ensures forecasting is accurate

  • Manage a team of 5-6 direct reports

  • Hire, retain, develop and engage top level talent that inspires the trust and confidence of our customers and in turn becomes the reason why customers want to work with us

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 15 + years experience relevant digital experience disciplines

  • Experience client management roles, with a strong track record of driving client retention and business growth

  • Experience managing and developing a portfolio of clients, including leading at team of Account Directors

  • Experience managing the financial aspects of a book of business including forecasting revenue, costs, profit margins, invoicing, reporting financials to company executives

Additional Information:

The annual base salary range for this position is $171,500 - $263,650. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
